Description: Spring has sprung and the birds are busy nesting. But do you know the difference between a wagtail and a warbler? If not then why not join one of our Rangers for a morning dedicated to birds and birdwatching. Aimed at novices you’ll learn how to use binoculars effectively, how and where to find garden & woodland birds and how to identify common species. We’ll also look at field craft, bird books and even a little bit of bird-song. No experience needed, just bring your binoculars. We’ll help you with the basic skills needed to start enjoying this great hobby. Please let us know you saw us on What's On in Dorset!
