Description: The labyrinth is an ancient symbol representing our life’s journey and is found in many different cultures and faith traditions. Walking this sacred path allows us to slow down, to let go of everyday concerns and offers space for quiet reflection and prayer. In a world that is increasingly busy and fast-paced, walking a labyrinth helps restore our sense of inner calm, bringing balance and perspective to our lives. Nickie Fidgin will be giving an illustrated talk on this centuries-old spiritual practice which is being re-discovered today. Nickie works as a freelance labyrinth facilitator, offering talks, workshops, quiet days and retreats.
£6.50 incl a glass of wine or soft drink.
